Change Your Life Frequency

Life Frequency or to put it simply, the energy that you choose to surround yourself with, can make an impact on your daily happiness. What you allow into your space, like the music you listen to, the books you read, the shows you watch, where you work, the food you eat, the people that you surround yourself with, and more all impact how you feel and what you receive from life. If you find yourself needing a fresh start or are feeling stuck it might be time to shift your life frequency. There are many ways to do this, but we will cover just a few simple changes that you can start working on this week. Music just like your life frequency has a beat to it and when that beat is positive, you too can start to feel optimistic. When you are driving in the car or doing chores around the house, try putting on upbeat music and witness yourself starting to feel better about what you are doing. Remember, YOU have the power to change what you are listening to! What you choose to read or watch during your free time can impact your mood. If the book, movie or TV show doesn’t make you feel good, then change it. Unhappiness is a way of your true self telling you, that this is not what you need. You should feel happy when you have free time and feel refreshed when you have completed your activity. If you don’t, try changing it for at least a week and see how your mood changes. Remember, YOU are in control of what activities you choose! The people you choose to surround yourself with can influence your perception of life. If they complain all the time and are always negative, that maybe affecting you. This will be different for each person, but let’s look at who you choose to spend your time with. Do you feel better when you spend time with them? Do you look forward to seeing them? If not, you may need to make some changes or possibly talk to them about it. This change is a little more difficult to navigate, but it can make the biggest impact on your happiness. Remember, YOU are in control of who you spend time with in your life! You control your day and can choose to make changes. Whether you know it or not, what you allow into your life affects YOU! By making small alterations, it can be the first step in changing your life frequency. This will be a work in progress, but once you start seeing an improvement with your happiness, YOU will know that you are on the right track!
